How did you find a portfolio lender that is able to do non conventional financing such as low down, low interest on owner occupant multifamily zoned properties? Please only share if you've actually found and used a lender like this or are one 👍🏼

@Josh Green The biggest thing you can do is make the calls to your local lenders! You'll want to speak to their small business or commercial lending officer. If you talk to the wrong person at the bank they may say no just not know what you are talking about. I've been using my local credit union since I found them and am super happy and most of that is due to the person I work with being awesome at their job!
