Or if anyone has done a renovation internationally, how did you find your contractor and stay on top of the project?

Hi Alexander,

I've shared my experience in investing in Mexico in hundreds of posts on the forum. I have emphasized many times that investing there is much less risky than most people think, provided that you know what you're doing. However, I would undergo a renovation project there only if I'm there while the renovation is performed.
