Hello BP,

I'm a agent in DC, I have a scenario I need help with. I'm in the process of selling a house for my client and was asked on help for a second property that is located in Maryland, its an estate sell, in pre foreclosure, and upside down on mortgage. Family is not sure what to do and going off my experience I think cash for keys maybe the best option as they no longer want to deal with any of it all. Advice or investors interested please let me know I'll try to answer any questions the best I can, as I'm still learning about the property and the neighborhood.

Thomas
