It seems like it's difficult to find a true buyer representative in this industry. Everyone broker wants the listing, but I feel like your on your own when looking for that next purchase. What percentage of brokers are actually bringing you deals vs other methods you are personally doing? You can answer for NNN, apartments, etc. Whatever niche your going after.
