The State of Wholesaling in 2022 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have been watching and reading a lot of chatter in regards to wholesaling and it hasn’t been all good news (Jerry Norton posted a video that he is advocating others to not do assignments anymore and go in the route of double closing). Lots of regulation and some say the end is near for wholesalers. What’s your take on it? For the veterans out there, if you had to speak with a younger you trying to get into this business in 2022, what advice would you give yourself?
