Certificate of Authority for my Out of State LLC in Florida?

Greetings, 

My LLC is outside of Florida. I was planning on acquiring a property via this LLC. I made a cash offer on a single family property that I intend to rent out. Will I run into issues if my LLC is not a Floridian LLC? Do I need a certificate of authority to purchase Real Estate with this out of state LLC?
