First flip funding and growth

Zachary Joyce
Posted

Hello all,

My name is Zach, and a am a senior in college at the University of Tennessee. I love real estate investing, and the work that goes into it. I started a wholesale company about two months ago while in school, and closed my first deal. I really want to get into flipping houses, but I am not sure how to get funding for deals and things like that. I was wondering how people got funding for their first deals, and how they went about doing so? Wether that is hard money, loans, equity partners, etc.

Thank you
