Do people check your credit score when buying a house in cash?

Recently I have been making some personal purchases and as a result of this my credit score has taken a hit. I am going to be purchasing a few properties soon with zero financing. I am going to be purchasing the properties in full with cash. My question is, when it comes time to sign the papers and transfer the money from my bank, am I also going to be subject to a credit score check? My concern is that my credit score would be made available which would subject me to uncomfortable talks about my personal finances.
