Tips on how to buy a house from a major corporation
Hi BP crew,
I've got a good question for you guys. There is a very run down and abandon house close to where I live I have been researching. The location is perfect and would be a great rental after it's repaired. It is not for sale but I have done my research and traced the ownership back to the Unilever Corporation. It is definitely not making them money and most likely a liability to the company at this point.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of inquiry and or transaction with a major international corporation? Such as who specifically in the company as big as Unilever I should look to contact? And how I should word/approach convincing them to sell it?
Cheers,
-Dylan
