For sale: Contract on two bed/one bath house in Little Rock Arkansas for a buy and hold investor. Two blocks from UAMS in an area that is being actively renovated due to expansion of the University Hospital. Great home for medical students, nurses, or doctors that is walking distance to campus. 

Closing on or before January 14th. This one won't last long as we're in talks with 3 local buy and hold investors that will be viewing property tomorrow.
