Family Man, Full-time Oil & Gas Professional, Single-family investor (2 single-family in The Woodlands, TX and 2 in Tomball, TX) and First time multi-family investor seeking to upscale into multi-family investments within and around the Houston area.  I have reached out to brokers, analyzed deals, and raised personal capital but seeking guidance/tips from local multi-family investor(s) on how to acquire my First Deal.  Thanks for your time.
