Home is listed as an estate sale. Taking offers until 12/15/21 but addendum says you cannot complete home inspection until after purchase. Any suggestions on if it is worth looking into further? Listed at 40k-50k below market value but unknown what repairs are needed. Home listed at 99k and can produce $1200 max for rent.
