Ready to take that BIG 1st step -- looking for REA Columbus, GA

Hello community,

I have been on and off here for several years learning and growing and am ready to take a deep breath and purchase!  Looking to invest in rental properties in Columbus, GA and surrounding areas.  I have family there and my brother who lives there does remodeling so I feel that although I will be a long distance investor, I will have some much needed support.  

I am looking for a real estate agent that works the area and has expertise in investment properties. We can talk more specifics but just to share a little of my business model, I am looking for a plex (du-, tri-, quad-), and want to start under $100K, would be a cash investment.  Would like to have my first property 1st half of 2022, 2nd in 2023, etc.  

Ok, I put myself out there and it is terribly uncomfortable.  But I am forcing myself out of analysis-paralysis.  So look forward to your replies and learning from you.  Thank you.
