Renting out a new construction home from new subdivision
Hi all,
Looking at a new subdivision with a bright future. I like the idea of having a new construction to rent out (no rehab/low maintenance) but the ROI is only about 5%. All my research tells me I would want closer to 10%. Any advice? It's my first investment property.
