Land Loan - Need Advice

Hello!! Does anyone have any advice on where I can find the best lender for a Land Loan? Looking to purchase some land for $40-$50k, but do not want to build yet.

I am setting up a glamping site. Also curious if anyone has ever had luck using a construction loan for setting up glamping??
