VA Hud triplex... not sure about this one

Hiya Team,

Question: I saw a property for 400k triplex in florida, its quite small 1300 sq ft. 1b1ba each unit

Its a VA HUD payment property...ive never heard of one. Any input yall? I did contact the site, and its basically section 8 for military members, which I think is awesome, however lots of hoops to jump through for recerting if i bought the property.
