Impact of a New Hospital on Home Values

Hey all, in my home town (roughly 70K people) the hospital is moving from the north side of town and building new facilities elsewhere in town. What would you expect the effect of the new hospital to be on nearby home values? The new facilities aren't expected to be completed for 3-5 years so am wondering if purchasing in the area of the new hospital is a good move. Thanks for the input!
