Purchasing Wedding/Event Venue

Hi, I am an avid BP listener from Utah. My wife and I are currently starting the process to purchase our first commercial building to open a Wedding Venue. We have years of experience in the industry and know many vendors and have varies future clients for 2022 but have been struggling to find a building to purchase. We have funds for a down payment but would still be needing a lender/co-signer to jump on board.

We are looking for brokers / agents / Lenders with commercial experience and who can help us find a place and guide us through the process of commercial real estate. We currently have 2 doors but residential, this would be the first commercial deal. We have also thought of leasing because of the current market situation but if the right building comes up we are ready!

Any contacts from Utah or known buildings or even anyone that has experience with commercial real estate would be great to network with!! Love the BP community you guys are awesome.

Chandler
