WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL for THIS YEAR ???

I will start.

1. Thankful for BP support at BPCON for our Charity aheroshome.org with their participation we hit our goal and have raised 180k from BP members for our project to give a home away to a deserving first responder.

2. Thankful we made it through Covid and my wife has made it through her long haul  was scary.

3. Thankful for my kids and 9 Grandkids latest one born in June !!

4. Thankful for all my clients that have supported us over the years.

5. Thankful for all the Subs in the 10 plus states we work in for their hard work and loyalty.

6. Thankful for my Core bank to stick with me through thick and thin..

7. Thankful to be able to participate on BP its a great release from the everyday ups and downs of Real Estate.

 Im very thankful that during the world falling apart, which definately worried me in the beginning of covid, that all my tenants continued to pay rent, my business thrived, and I was fortunate enough to remain healthy through all of this. Also, not seeing so many friends especially during 2020 into early 2021, really did help to make me appreciate my friendships all the more. 

 Thankful for health, family and friendships for sure. 

Thankful for my sobriety, going on 12 years.  Without it I'd just be another statistic.

Thankful to have options like to work or not, especially during covid. Freedom was my why to begin with.

Thankful to BP and the many friends I've made.  You all make my days brighter👍
