The biggest challenge in the BRRR IMO

The biggest challenge in the BRRR in my opinion is having the rehab makeready completed from a distance. I've yet to fully master not having to go check on something. The prices contractors pull out of the hat just to see if there's pushback can be steep. The property manager typically does not negotiate a lower price from my experience. At this point the financing is not the challenge which at one time it was. My challenge is finding A dependable reasonably priced makeready team.
