Purchasing a multifamily home while on a Fixed Income
I am wondering if it is possible to purchase a duplex or triplex while on social security. The person that I am helping that is looking for a duplex or triplex makes about $900 per month and she wants to use the other side for rental income. Has anyone known anyone that have done this and qualified for a home?
