Hey BP,

I have a good friend moving to Greenville, SC in January and we've been discussing doing some real estate investing in the area. I'm trying to learn a little more about the city and surrounding areas, but would love to hear from you guys about the different sub-markets and try to identify a few emerging areas to target. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
