Paying cash for a mobile home
I am new to investing in rental and do not want to go into debt to start my rental business. I was thinking that buying a mobile home on land and renting it. Most post on here are park based and financing based. Is anyone doing what I am looking to do? Is there a huge downside I am not seeing? I am thinking I can spend around 25K and rent the home out for 500 a month. This makes sense to me.
