Requesting Mobile Home Park registration

What states require mobile home park registration for permits/licensing (I do not mean for this to be broad) and how do we go about requesting it? I've heard that requests can be made to different state's department of commerce's for a list of mobile home parks registered in that state. For example I am trying to currently get a list from the state of Indiana but I'm not sure what the appropriate way is besides going to their contact us page and emailing. What way would be the most appropriate way to acquire this list and what states require registration that I can request a list from.
