What are the steps to advertising vacant Lots

I'm going to be acquiring a park with some vacant lots  I already know about doing test ads..etc but when it comes to a vacant lot and filling that spot is it just like advertising a rental home? I had an idea of getting with the local dealers in the area. When buyers are looking to purchase a mobile home where do they look to find lots for I can be in place to be seen
