mobile home park conversion
i just purchased a small mobile home park in northern california. the park has 21 spaces. within the park there is also 5 houses. The park is in need of a bit of infrastructure work that I am happy to detail to anyone who has interest. numbers work on a cap basis as well as flipping it.
I want to explore the possibility of converting the park to a tenant owned park. does anyone have experience doing this? any advice on how to start would be appreciated.
thanks
