Hello all,

I currently have a lead on a seller that is interested in selling his mobile home park in Klamath falls, Oregon which is great. Mobile home parks are a bit outside of my investing criteria so I would be interested in networking or JVing with someone who is experienced or interested in purchasing a mobile home parks.
