My partners and I are about to under contract on a 51unit park with a lagoon in South Western Miss. We are looking for any companies or other park owners around the area that could give some advice on some DD inspections. We would also like to learn about any other property/asset management companies that operate in the area. PM me and I can send over more park information.

Guessing this is the park in Perkinston with all Katrina Cottages? I have a park in Pascagoula and Hattiesburg but ones septic with the other city utilities. Are you guys going to keep it POHs or sell them off? Also what did you buy it for? I think a year or two ago they were asking around 1.3/1.4m.
