Hello folks.

I am in the Inland Empire of Southern California and as the title states I am looking for a reliable C-47 contractor (general manufactured house contractor) for installing mobile homes inside and outside of mobile home parks, as well as some future rehabs/remodels.

All referrals are welcome and appreciated.

Thank you!

@Hunter Adams You may want to check with your local manufactured housing association as well as some mobile home dealerships in the area. I've found both to be good resources in the past. They may have a few referrals for you. When moving mobile homes, just be sure to put trip insurance on the homes for the day of the move. Your insurance carrier will just need the exact day of the move in order to put the insurance on it. Hope that helps!
