Mobile Home Park Investing in NC
Hi All,
We are currently investing in SFR homes near Charlotte. After hearing lot of good things about it, we are interested to explore investing in mobile home parks. Our management company does not handle mobile home parks. Please share your inputs on how to start with this new venture. Do you know any property management company who will manage mobile home parks in the triad area/Charlotte?
Do you know any good areas to invest in mobile home parks? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Welcome (potentially) to the mobile home park world! There are a handful of good resources, but they can be hard to find. Jaimie Smith has a book called Trailer Cash. There is another new one called The Mobile Home Park Manifesto. You should check out the BP podcast last year with Frank Rolfe. He is a seasoned MHP investor and does training and mastermind groups as well.
