I am looking to add MHP into my portfolio. The issue I am having is these things don’t seem to be on the market long. There seems to be a tight community that trades in these. My agents expertise is more in MF so we’re having a difficult time locating. Anyone have any good tips, sites or agents that can help me find any available?

Like most MF, MHPs are hot right now and typically if one makes it's way to a site, it's probably not a good deal. You can still put offers on these and try to "make a deal" but chances are you'll need to start developing relationships with brokers who specialize in MHPs. You can also go find some off-market deals yourself. If you're highly motivated, I'd recommend a combination of these methods.
