Hello everyone, I’m in the Tidewater area (South Eastern Virginia) Investing In Mobile Homes. Prior to the corona virus pandemic i had a good amount of deals coming through the funnel but over the last couple weeks it’s been difficult to find any fitting my criteria. I’ve tried driving for dollars, cold calling , as well sites such as Facebook marketplace .Any mobile investors , wholesalers or anybody in the area with strategies on getting more deals ???Thank you in advance.

@Josiah Scarlett It could be the pandemic coupled with the protests now. You may just want to give it some time. Keep looking in the areas you do business in already. Another thing to do is to touch base with some of the mobile home parks and mobile home dealerships in the area. See how business is doing for them. If it's the same, it could just be the state of events we have going on right now. Best of luck!

You're doing everything right, like someone else said, just give it time.
