Inheriting RV Park/financing our first home

Hi! My brother and I will be gifted 50% (25/25) of an RV park. We plan to buy the other 50% from my aunt who current owns it. I currently own the house I live in and plan to stay there- we just refinanced. My mother’s house is free and clear, we also be be gifted another free and clear property. I want to start my career and goals of real estate investing, any suggestions or advice?
