Looking for someone to Infill a unique property in Georgia
I recently acquired a unique property that has paved roads, underground utilities, including water, sewer, electric and phone. I we have 47 homes built in the 70’s in one section an office, and manager that does a great job of collecting rent, water and sewer. I am looking for advice on partnering with someone to infill a section with 40 pads available. I am open to many options, we can handle collecting the rent for you. The 47 homes we have for rent are 100% occupied so there is demand and we are looking for a way to meet the demand quickly. What are the best options to get this accomplished. I would like to focus on the vacant homes we need to rehab and have someone else bring in the mobile homes.
