Getting More RE Licenses for Mobile Home Park Investing

Hello all,

I am a full time investor and real estate agent in MA and also have my license in MD. I am planning to invest in MHP in other states. Is it worth it to get other states real estate licenses for the purpose of investing? Do the MHP brokers allow me to use my license for my own purposes (either as sole buyer or part of syndication deal) to get buyer agent commission or is that not allowed (ie I must pick to be either principal or agent)? Is there such thing as buyer agent for a MHP deal in most states?

Thanks in advance!
