Doesn't own the land, but wants to sell the manufactured home.

Hi, I had a potential client reach out to me and stated that she owns a manufactured home that's in great condition, but it is on her families land (who does not want to put the land up for sale). She is needing to move ASAP and wants to sell the manufactured home. What are options in a situation like this? I was curious are there wholesalers/cash buyers who would even be interested in purchasing just a manufactured home? I would really like to help her, but wanted to see if any of you could give me feedback if this is even do-able or not, and if so what are some solutions that I can give her? Thanks in advance BP Family!
