Finding Mobile Home Park Deals

This is always a hot topic when I meet with other investors... how do we go about finding deals. Beyond looking in the normal places, like loopnet, Mobilehomeparkstore, and the local MLS sites... Those are the easy ones... so some of the stuff I do- I develop RSS feeds from places like craigslist.
** Sidebar- I do this when I need mobile homes to fill my parks when I have spaces to fill as well. For mobile homes, I use an app that feeds info right to my DROID, then I forward the leads to my managers and my admin.
For parks I use a computer based RSS feed system, that updates instantly all day.
I use email... I have the email addresses of 2 real estate professionals in every city in the united states, for every town or metro area that is larger than 1500 people. I use 'Atomic Mail Sender' and their add on's to mail to the agents. They look at the local MLS for properties that are never nationally listed. Why 2 agents you will wonder- one commercial agent and one residential.
Networking- I get a chance to meet investors from all over the country through teaching seminars I might be invited to speak at, and through word of mouth. So I get many leads every week through my networking.

I have mass mail options which I have used, and also phone. Right now I am not using these means, but I am open to starting them again.

So those are some of the things I do... how about you??
