Mobile Home Park facility LOI

I have three questions in filling out a out an LOI

- How long is a standard due diligence  process ? 

- How much of a deposit should I give ? 

- How much are closing costs ?  

My property  financials will be  3.7 million dollars  with 2.8  million loan + 800k seller 2nd + 100k

You should buy Mobile Home Park University 30 days of due diligence manual if you are asking this question. Money well spent and applies to other asset classes. 30 days is standard but if issues come up definitely alright to extend because you don't want to just start ordering environmental or septic inspections which can be expensive without clearing the duie diligence you can at no cost.
