First Lonnie Deal in Progress / Experts Help Please

1/1 MH

Lot rent 525

My price 2K

Target Sale Price 4K 500 Down

The beauty of this deal is the owner is willing to "float me" the home. Meaning I don't purchase the MH until I have it sold.

I have several interested parties coming to see it this week.

I need help with Logistics, if I do have a sale what are my next steps.

I have read Lonnie's book and have a good idea of what to do, but would love to some help from the experts.

One other notes, i have am looking to sell for 4k with 24-30 months payments. For the 30 month plan i would like to get a monthly payment of 141.66. How do I back that out with an interest rate attached?

Thanks in advance guys!

Neil
