Lenders for mobile home park purchase/expansion?

I own a mobile home park that is generating positive cash flow and i want to expand and add more lots. Does anyone know where the best place to find investors for this type of investment? I am pitching 150k for 8 years at 8% interest. I have owned the park for 4 years and we have been at full capacity for the last year. I am owner/operator of the park and was part time until recently. Now i am wanting to go full time but need the funds to add more water lines, tanks parking pads etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
