It used to say "Trailers & Mobile Home Park Investing", didn't it?
Good change. I don't like to call them trailers, but every now & then it slips out.

I've run into a few who only call them manufactured homes. It may have been Lonnie Scruggs who said they are trailers when you are buying, and manufactured homes when you are selling.
