The closing day: what should be done?

Hi guys,

I am buying a small Mobile Home Park.

Please let me know what should be done during the transaction day? I don’t want to miss anything.

So far I have in my mind these positions: new contracts with the utility companies, arrange an insurance, tenant notification letter.

What else should be added to the list?

Thank you for any info.
