Advertising to Title loan on a mobile home?
Is anyone doing this? Is it legal? Or would it be considered predator lending or something?
I have been reading a lot about lonnie deals lately. It got me to thinking, why not just advertise to loan someone money against their free and clear title?
Can you legally advertise via craigslist or bandit signs? I dont plan to do this until I have a MLO license of course. :D

To find dealers locally just look at the far sale ads in the newspapers and on Craigslist. You can also drive through the parks and call on the homes with signs in the windows that offer financing. Contacts these folks, see what they are up to and offer to take them to lunch. Teach them how to set up notes so that they can then sell them to you at a small discount and they will walk away with all cash and a profit. You are now the note holder with the right to collect the future payments!
