Mobile Home Park Insurance - New York

Purchasing a mobile home park in New York State - all tenant owned trailers - and looking for advice on insurance as well as suggestions for providers? Also, it's being purchased through a newly formed LLC. Any idea what info companies will need from us for that so we can start getting it together? Will they need all LLC members personal info? Just the LLC info? Thanks in advance!

I use Bailey’s Place insurance. I got a good quote from them. You should ask your insurance agent what paperwork they will need for your business.

By the way, if you like mobile home parks I know of one for sale, owner financing. Food for thought.
