Buying MH in Yes! Communities

Anyone in Texas have luck buying homes in the Yes! Communities? I have driven through several of their parks in the Tyler and Dallas. I never see for sale signs on the any of the homes. I was wondering if I would have better luck in the non-Yes! Community owned parks.
