Mobile home eviction

I got an eviction letter after I failed to comply with a park regulation notice the first time (didn't paint worn shed).

1. How can I not get evicted? Legalities and stuff, Florida. Can I say that I never got the first notice as a loophole? They just posted it on my door even though I was home.

2. If I do get evicted, what happens to my mobile home? Do I sell it within 30 days? If I can't what happens?

This park manager is a big b****, everyone hates her! And we can't really move or buy a new home in such short time.

Community rules are expected to be followed. Since this has now gone to eviction I would assume you have been back and forth with the manager on this issue.

Check your state landlord tenant regulations and find out how tenants are required to be notified. If posting on the door is permitted then you do not have a excuse of ignorance. Reality is you admitted to us you got the notice so no compassion here.

First thing you do is paint the shed tomorrow, do a really nice job and take pictures with you to court. Once you get to the eviction hearing agree to follow all community rules and tell judge you painted the shed after you got the notice. Don't lie or you will get trapped and lose the eviction.

Follow the rules and you won't get evicted
