Do any of you live in Northern California? I met an investor on here and we started looking at some parks today. I'm looking to network with other experienced or interested mobile home investors. So far, I've found one in San Diego.

I realized that most MHI's find these Lonnie Deals in other states, I'll admit CA is expensive compared to everywhere else.

You could take one of those typical 6k deals and multiple it by 3 to get our numbers easily. Probably more.

But really its true, some sellers want to sell...but those that HAVE to sell is another story. Please message on here if you invest in mobile homes in Nor Cal, specifically the Bay Area if possible.
