Tenant quality, rent price and retention.

Looking to buy my first manufactured home as a rental. It’s in a good area and surrounded my many single family homes in good condition. The rental comps in the area are about $1,500/ Mo for a single family home with the same Sq/ft. Should i expect to get less per month then the non Mfg. homes in the area? Is tenant retention and quality of tenant less then that of non Mfg homes?
