Hello my name is Alberto Garcia and im a beginner in wholesaling. My question is how would i go about on wholesaling a mobile home park if possible? I have called the owners of the park and they said its 6 lots, 5 of which are occupied, and they are asking 120,000 for it. They are selling due to age. I would love to buy it myself but im a beginner so i dont have the funds for it. Any advice is welcome and appreciated

At a higher level, if you ran all the numbers and could show this was a killer deal, you would want to get it under contract or get some kind of option to purchase on it so you can lock it up. Then you would go and market it to buyers of this type of property.

Thats basically what my interpretation of a wholesaler is. Someone that finds a good deal, gets it locked up/under contract, and then sells their interest to another investor who buys the property.
