I have a mobile home that I want to owner finance and I am starting the process of taking applicants. Someone told me about a service called Rent Perfect, but outside of the initial recommendation and the company's website, I haven't heard anything else about them. Is anybody familiar with this service? Does anyone have any other recommendations of companies that provide the same range of services? (Background check, credit report check, payments collections / reminders, etc). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
